George H. Livermore, III, MD

George H. Livermore, III, MD

George H. Livermore, III, MD, grew up in New York and graduated with honors from SUNY College at Purchase in 1981, double majoring in Biology and Chemistry. He then attended the Uniformed Services University of the Health Sciences in Bethesda, Maryland, graduating in 1985, followed by a transitional internship at Walter Reed Army Medical Center. In 1988, he began surgical training with the Otolaryngology Service at Walter Reed, completing his residency in 1992. His first duty was at Ft. Stewart in Hinesville, GA, and after leaving active duty in 1997, he practiced in various states including Georgia, Tennessee, and Maryland.

In 2016, Livermore became the South Atlanta Surgeon for Ear, Nose, and Throat Institute, specializing in sinus surgery and sleep apnea treatment. He is now the primary implanting surgeon for the Inspire device in South Atlanta. Much of his career has focused on serving underserved areas, both during his Army service and in civilian practice. He finds great fulfillment in giving back to his community and is especially passionate about Rhinoplasty, reflecting his diverse skills and extensive experience.

In his free time, Livermore enjoys time with his wife and family, working on cars, woodworking, and home repairs. He and Heather love outdoor activities like hiking, spending time with their pets—four dogs and five cats—and joining their kids and grandkids in various activities. His favorite pastime is relaxing by the pool or beach with a cold drink and a good book. Livermore is excited to contribute to the Ear, Nose, and Throat Clinic of Coffee County, its staff, and the patients they serve.

Alexis McNeill, Certified Physician Assistant

Alexis McNeill, Certified Physician Assistant

Alexis McNeill is a Certified Physician Assistant who graduated Magna Cum Laude with a BS in Biological Sciences from South Georgia State College, where she also worked as an ER technician at Coffee Regional Medical Center. She then earned her Master of Physician Assistant Studies from Florida State University. Alexis began her career with the ENT Clinic of Coffee County in January 2023.

Grateful for the opportunity to serve her hometown through medicine, she thanks God for the ability to care for others.

Annsley Matthews Coffee, Certified Physician Assistant

Annsley Matthews Coffee, Certified Physician Assistant

Annsley Mathews Coffee is a Certified Physician Assistant who started her academic journey on an athletic scholarship at Abraham Baldwin Agricultural College before transferring to Valdosta State University, where she graduated Cum Laude with a BS in Biology and a minor in Chemistry. She received several awards, including the 2011 Female Greek Achiever of the Year. Annsley earned her Master of Physician Assistant Studies from South University in Savannah in 2015. She began her career at ENT Clinic of Coffee County and also worked part-time in the CRMC ER Department from 2015-2016.

Annsley and her husband, Cam, live in Coffee County with their daughter, two cats, and a dog. As natives with deep roots in the community, both families have served Coffee County through local businesses for over 30 years. Annsley is a Coffee High School alumna, active in athletics and organizations, and continues to support local schools and the community. She thanks God for the opportunity to pursue her dream of caring for her hometown and surrounding areas.

Todd Sumler, Nurse Practitioner

Todd Sumler, Nurse Practitioner

Todd graduated from Abraham Baldwin Agricultural College with a nursing degree in December 1985. He worked as an ICU nurse at South Georgia Medical Center until 1996, then as a charge nurse in CICU until 2000. He earned a bachelor’s degree from Valdosta State University in 2000 and served as director of nursing at Lewis Smith Memorial Hospital in Lakeland until 2001. From 2001-2005, he managed non-invasive services at SGMC, then was a case manager there from 2005-2011. While working in rehab services in 2012, Todd completed his master’s degree from Frontier Nursing University. He has been with ENT since 2013, after earning his nurse practitioner certification.

In his free time, he enjoys bowling, woodworking, and fishing with his wife, Leasa.

Janan Albritton, Nurse Practitioner

Janan Albritton, Nurse Practitioner

Janan Albritton is a Nurse Practitioner dedicated to Waycross, Georgia. Born in Florida, her family moved to Waycross in 1980. After graduating from Waycross College in 1986, she earned a bachelor’s in Sociology from Southern Adventist University in Chattanooga, Tennessee, and worked as a mental health social worker. Following a period of reflection, Janan returned to SAU to become a registered nurse in 1998.

Janan returned to Waycross, working as a labor and delivery nurse at Satilla Regional Medical Center from 2002 to 2018. In 2013, she pursued further education at Walden University, earning her Master’s in Family Nurse Practitioner in 2016. Over the past three years, she has enjoyed serving the Waycross community in urgent care and is excited to join the ENT clinic team.

Janan enjoys watching international soccer, relaxing on the beach, traveling with her three nephews and two sisters, and cherishes her church family. She believes God’s guidance through her diverse education and work experiences has prepared her to better serve those in the community.

Steven Keene, Nurse Practitioner

Steven Keene, Nurse Practitioner

Steven Keene is a Certified Family Nurse Practitioner. He earned his Associate of Science in Nursing from South Georgia College in 2007 and his Bachelor of Science in Nursing from South Georgia State College in 2015. He then obtained his Master of Science in Nursing with a focus on Family Nurse Practice from South University in Savannah in 2017. Steven began his nursing career in the operating room at Coffee Regional Medical Center, and after graduation, he worked as a Nurse Practitioner with Coffee County Hospitalist Physicians. In 2019, he practiced primary care at Coffee Correctional Facility in Nicholls, GA.

Steven and his three children live in Coffee County with their four dogs. A native of Brantley County, he moved to Coffee County in 1993 and graduated from Coffee High School in 1995, the first class of the new school. He credits his faith in God for his blessings and successes. When not working, Steven enjoys spending time with his family, playing the piano, and traveling.

Dr. Dawn MacMillan, Audiologist

Dr. Dawn MacMillan, an Audiologist, earned her Bachelor’s in Speech-Language Pathology from Armstrong Atlantic State University, a Master’s in Audiology from the University of North Texas, and her Doctorate in Audiology from Salus University. She owned a private audiology practice for nearly 20 years before relocating with her family to Douglas to join the ENT Clinic of Coffee County.

In Loving Memory – Dr. Jeffrey L. Silveira, MD

Dr. Jeffrey L. Silveira devoted his life to medicine and made a meaningful difference in the lives of many patients throughout his career.

Dr. Silveira completed his undergraduate studies at San Joaquin Delta College in Stockton, CA, from 1981 to 1987, and earned his medical degree from Hahnemann University School of Medicine in Philadelphia, PA, in 1987. He then completed an internship at Tripler Army Medical Center in Honolulu, HI, from July 1987 to June 1988.

Dr. Silveira completed a residency in Otolaryngology Head & Neck Surgery at Madigan Army Medical Center in Tacoma, WA, from July 1990 to June 1994. During this time, he also served as a General Medical Officer at Landsthul Regional Army Medical Center in West Germany from 1988 to 1990. He served in the Army as a Major from 1987 to 1996.

Dr. Silveira’s dedication was evident through his double board certifications in Otolaryngology and Facial Plastics from The American Board of Otolaryngology. He had a passion for sleep medicine, helping many patients improve their lives. He opened his practice in Douglas, GA, in 1996, later expanding to offices in Tifton and Waycross, as well as an ambulatory surgery and physical therapy center in Douglas, staffing around 80 team members. A devout Christian, he approached his work with compassion, often praying with patients before surgery to offer comfort during difficult times.

Dr. Silveira often gifted patients teddy bears, symbolizing warmth and support, along with Bibles reflecting his faith and commitment to healing. Many patients treasured these gifts, holding onto their stuffed animals years later as a lasting reminder of his kindness and the profound impact he had on their lives.

Dr. Silveira’s dedication to his patients, rooted in his faith, fostered a bond that went beyond the operating room. His genuine care left a lasting impression, and patients will remember him as a remarkable physician who combined medical expertise with spiritual comfort.

Beyond his professional achievements, Dr. Silveira was admired for his compassion, professionalism, and dedication. He treated patients with empathy and personalized care, always prioritizing their well-being. His absence will be deeply felt by colleagues, patients, friends, and family. His legacy as a compassionate physician and dedicated surgeon will inspire others in the medical community for years to come.

Alongside his professional accomplishments and strong faith, Dr. Jeffrey Louis Silveira cherished spending time with his family and being on the ocean. When not caring for patients, he often sought solace by the water, where he found comfort and peace.

Dr. Silveira found inspiration and renewal in the ocean. Whether taking his family to the beach, walking along the shore, feeling the sand beneath his feet, or gazing at the vast sea, he found tranquility in its presence. The ocean reminded him of nature’s wonders and the importance of finding serenity amidst life’s demands.

Family was central to Dr. Silveira, and he treasured the time spent with loved ones. He valued shared moments, creating lasting memories through gatherings, vacations, and everyday interactions. His dedication to his family reflected his character, as he prioritized their well-being and strengthened their bonds.

Dr. Silveira’s love for the ocean and devotion to family were central to his identity, bringing him joy and balance. These passions helped him navigate life’s challenges with grace and groundedness.
